BookCare sells original books in two formats — printed paperbacks with home delivery and digital PDF ebooks with instant download. By browsing the store, adding items to the cart or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing: Each title lists a print price; the ebook (PDF) edition of the same title is priced lower. Prices, offers and promotional labels may change at any time, but a successfully paid order is always honoured at the charged amount.

Print orders: Delivery timelines of 3-7 business days are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather, strikes or incorrect address details can extend them. Customers must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. Cash on Delivery is a service of trust: refused COD parcels may be cancelled and repeated refusals can disable COD for your number or address.

Digital orders: Ebook purchases grant personal reading access only. Reselling, copying, redistributing, uploading to file-sharing platforms or claiming authorship of store content is prohibited. Ebook delivery is instant after confirmed online payment.

Payments: Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials. If a payment fails after deduction, the amount is typically auto-reversed by the bank/gateway; unresolved cases are handled through support.

Policies: Shipping, COD, Returns & Cancellation, Refund and Privacy policies published on this website form part of these terms. The store may revise products, content, design, offers and policies at any time to improve service quality and accuracy.
