📦 Delivery & Tracking

For print book delivery status, first try the Track Order page with your order ID and phone number. If the parcel is delayed beyond 10 business days or shows delivered but not received, contact us with:

• Order ID (BS...)
• Registered phone number
• Delivery PIN code

💵 COD Orders

COD orders are sometimes confirmed by a call or message before dispatch. If you missed the confirmation call, ring us back on the number below to keep your order moving.

• Keep exact cash ready at delivery
• Refused COD parcels may be cancelled
• COD fee of ₹29 is non-refundable on refused orders

💳 Payment Help

If money was debited but the order did not complete, don't worry — verified cases are always resolved with access or refund. Share:

• UPI/card reference or screenshot
• Approximate payment time
• Your email and phone number

📱 Ebook Download Help

Ebook PDF links appear on the thank-you page after successful payment. If downloads fail:

• Use an updated browser on stable internet
• Check your device's Downloads folder
• Contact us if the file still won't open — we resend access after verification

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Damaged, defective or wrongly delivered print books qualify for free replacement or refund when reported within 48 hours with photos. Full rules are on the Returns and Refund pages.
